Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and ductwork
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient performance
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, such as malfunctioning thermostats and leaky ductwork
- Respond to service calls and provide high-quality customer service
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain the nature of the problem and the necessary solution
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on HVAC systems
- Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or license in HVAC repair and installation
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
