ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our Dothan Alabama location. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure our customers receive the highest quality services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry developments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a trade school program in HVAC or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and electrical wiring.
• Knowledge of local and state HVAC regulations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
