Fondren Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Anniston, Alabama. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services provided. You must be someone who is able to work independently, but also has the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting diagnoses and repairs of HVAC units at customer sites
- Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Providing customers with explanations and advice on proper system operation and maintenance
- Completing work orders and other necessary paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Familiarity with various types of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
