Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Pine Run Health Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors. Your main objective will be to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Host/Hostess at Pine Run Health Center will include:

• Greeting and welcoming residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude
• Assisting with seating and escorting residents to their designated areas
• Providing information and answering questions about the facility and services
• Assisting in coordinating dining room activities, including setting tables and ensuring a clean and organized environment
• Assisting residents with menu selections and taking food and drink orders
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of communication between residents and staff
• Handling resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
• Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to all grooming and dress code standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful as a Host/Hostess at Pine Run Health Center, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A friendly and welcoming personality
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
