Registered Nurse Position
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Pickering Manor Home, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing resident care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and evaluating resident progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Compassion and empathy for the elderly
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
