VILLA MANOR CARE CENTER is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
• Assist with inspections of the facility and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Address maintenance issues promptly and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Utilize proper tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to infection control and preventative maintenance protocols.
