HVAC Service Technician

Location: Leawood, Kansas

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team at A.B. May Sales and Service Co. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties.

As a member of our team, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostic tests on HVAC systems and identify any problems or malfunctioning components
- Repair or replace HVAC systems and components as needed
- Maintain and service HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery
- Keep accurate records of all work completed on HVAC systems

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and be a team-player
