Hiring for full time Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician. Pay varies based on experience. We are seeking to add a full-time, experienced veterinary technician to our busy, small animal facility in Provo. Desired technician skills to include:
- Restraint
- Venipuncture
- Anesthesia & surgical prep
- Dentistry
- Digital x-ray & positioning
- Lab procedures
Ideal candidates would be self-motivated, good team players, possess a great work ethic with excellent communication skills. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is mandatory. Special consideration is given to RVTs, CVTs and LVTs. Duties include:
- Animal restraint
- Giving vaccinations
- Communicating well with clients
Qualifications:
- Hard worker
- Multitasking skills
- Being able to work in a high-stress environment
- Previous experience with animals is preferred
