Job Description: HVAC Installer
Badger Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of customized HVAC solutions, designed to meet the unique needs of our customers' living and work spaces. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
As an HVAC Installer at Badger Heating & Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for installing new and replacement HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and other related equipment. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a smooth and professional installation experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install new and replacement HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Work with sales and service teams to coordinate installation schedules and logistics
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical education is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, with knowledge of industry best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 pounds
