Job Description

Beacon Hill At Eastgate is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or requests
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with setting and resetting tables for the next service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate order preparation
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
