We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida.
As a HVAC Service Technician at Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all work is done correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and repair or replace components as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, checking for leaks, and replacing filters
- Install new HVAC systems and provide guidance to customers on proper usage and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
