Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Tribble Heating and Air Conditioning
As a HVAC Service Technician at Tribble Heating and Air Conditioning, you will have the opportunity to join a reputable company that has been serving the Milford Ohio area for over 50 years. We specialize in exceptional customer service and are currently seeking a talented HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service while performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
- Accurately diagnose problems and recommend solutions to customers
- Install and upgrade HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings
- Keep track of all service calls, job orders, and materials used for billing purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work van and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while on the job site
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification is preferred
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner at all times
