As an HVAC Service Technician at LANIER HEAT & AIR, LLC, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients. Your primary duties will include diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting heating and cooling systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance tasks and installing new HVAC units.
The qualifications for this role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Active and valid EPA Certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
