Job Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with the coordination of care for residents
• Monitor residents' health and update medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or RN license
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
