As an HVAC Service Technician at Bolyard Heating and Cooling, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for our customers. Your duties will include:
- Conducting inspections, diagnosing problems and performing repairs on HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, including pumps, fans and motors
- Replacing worn or defective parts and components, such as compressors, thermostats and coils
- Performing preventive maintenance, including cleaning coils, replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels
- Communicating effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of [X] years of experience in HVAC service and repair, as well as:
- A thorough understanding of the principles of heating and cooling systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- A proven track record of performing successful repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
