As a growing HVAC company in Pleasant Valley, West Virginia, Hendershot Plumbing and Heating is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in their quality of workmanship.
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing various heating and cooling systems, as well as performing maintenance activities such as cleaning and replacing filters.
In this position, you will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all installations meet our clients' needs and are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all work completed, as well as communicating with our customers to obtain feedback and ensure their complete satisfaction.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
