Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Diversicare Of Pell City. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility and ensuring that we provide high-quality care to our residents.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the overall operations of the nursing home facility
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff members
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitoring resident care plans and ensuring appropriate care is provided
- Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting and billing
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Requirements
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator license
