You will work closely with our nursing and healthcare team to ensure that each individual's unique needs are met, while promoting an environment of dignity, respect, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting residents in their mobility and transportation needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitoring and documenting residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assisting with medication management and administration, under the supervision and guidance of licensed professionals.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting social engagement and overall well-being.
- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature
