Job Description: HVAC Installer
Perry Hall Heating & Air Conditioning Co., Inc. is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Install and wire HVAC equipment, such as compressors, motors, and heating units
• Understand and follow blueprints or technical drawings
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Ensure that installation is in compliance with local and national building codes
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Should be able to work in tight spaces or high places
