Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $3,500 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

2+ years Recruiter, Account Manager, or sales experience preferred
Ability to juggle a high volume of contacts
Compelled to learn Construction & Property industry
Passionate about cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-level clientele

Ability to manage time
Self-motivated to meet and exceed goals and expectations

We offer base compensation ($50,150 - $53,100) plus a non-recoverable draw ($2,500-$5,000) plus a high percentage, uncapped commission plan.

Hybrid/flexible schedule.
