This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $7,100 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 9 months
Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Texas Air Conditioning & Electrical
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Texas Air Conditioning & Electrical. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for both residential and commercial customers in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs
- Communicate with customers to explain diagnoses, recommended solutions and repair details
- Manage and maintain accurate record-keeping for service calls and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service while operating in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; HVAC technical school diploma preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification and knowledge of refrigeration systems required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of electrical and control circuitry
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong communication and customer service skills
