State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - WEEKLY PAY

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Bath Manor Special Care Centre, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving.
• Document and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
