Job Description

Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a difference? We are currently hiring for the position of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- WEEKEND WARRIOR at Autumn Care of Portsmouth in Portsmouth, VA 23707.

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. You must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program. You must also ensure nursing care is in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, as required by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants
• Ensure nursing care is in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations

Shift & Wage:

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

• Shifts Needed: Every Weekend
• Wage: up to $31.00/hr
• Sign on Bonus: $6,000 (paid out in four installments)
