Join our community...Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking a part-time Scheduler for our Skilled Care departments. The successful applicant will have at least 1 year of directly-related administrative and scheduling or payroll experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

The Scheduler will work effectively and efficiently with computerized databases and apps; interact in a professional and friendly manner with clinical staff and other colleagues; remain organized in a fast-paced work environment; complete work in a timely and accurate manner. The Scheduler works collaboratively with a small team to accomplish objectives.

The Scheduler plays a key role within our Skilled Nursing Facility and Short Term Rehabilitation Center by developing master work schedules for Nurses and CNA's, and entering and updating schedules in a computerized system; scheduling Nurses and CNA's on all shifts; contacting Brethren Village clinical staff or temporary staffing agencies to fill vacancies when needed; reviewing and processing time-off requests; carefully reviewing and approving time sheets for Nurses and CNA's each pay period.
