Diversicare Of Larned is seeking qualified individuals to join our team as LVN/LPN.
About Us
Diversicare Therapy Services provides a range of care solutions including short stay rehabilitation, complex medical care, long term care, memory care, hospice care, and assisted living.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Monitor and report changes in resident's condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license
- Prior experience in long term care is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
