We are currently hiring for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Elmwood, Louisiana. In this role, you will work on a variety of HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, air conditioning and ventilation systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs or upgrades, and ensuring that the systems are in compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
As a member of our team, we will rely on you to:
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to improve efficiency and ensure longevity
- Perform repairs and installations of HVAC components and systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems in order to diagnose and rectify any issues
- Operate and maintain various test equipment and tools
- Interact with customers to provide support and answer any questions they may have
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques by attending training sessions and workshops
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Your qualifications for this role should include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair work
- Relevant HVAC certifications such as EPA, NATE, or similar
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of current HVAC technologies, troubleshooting techniques, and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
