As the Account Manager you will oversee and nurture our relationship with a major account, consisting of multiple divisions and numerous contacts. This role is essential for ensuring client satisfaction, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. Benefits for the Account Manager role: The salary is starting at $65,000 based on experience with commission incentives Medical, Dental, and Vision Bonus potential Monday- Friday regular business hours Responsibilities for the Account Manager role: Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining regular communication across all business departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client needs and company objectives. Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service solutions. Understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contract renewals and manage pricing to maximize profitability. Ability to identify and understand customer needs to drive revenue growth. Requirements for the Account Manager role: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably handling large accounts with multiple stakeholders.
