Grocery Manager

Job Description

Smith's Food and Drug is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Grocery Manager to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of the store's Grocery Department. In this role, you will manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and ensure that the department is well-stocked and properly merchandised. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing staff, training, and scheduling to maximize productivity and profitability.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in Grocery management. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong customer service focus. Experience in a high-volume retail environment is a plus.

The average salary range for a Grocery Manager in Salt Lake City, UT, USA is between $32,000 and $57,000 per year. This range will vary depending on the experience of the individual, the size of the grocery store, and the location.
