Tyler's Retreat At Iron Bridge is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with safety measures and fall prevention
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of licensed personnel
• Document resident care and any changes in condition
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure resident well-being

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
