In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our valued clients.
As a HVAC Service Technician at Baker Brothers, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers comfortable year-round. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of systems and models, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in the HVAC industry. In addition to technical abilities, we are looking for a candidate who is personable, friendly, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
- Complete service reports accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical school a plus.
- 2+ years experience as a HVAC technician.
- NATE or EPA certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime if necessary.
