About us

Franklin Electric Corporation is a small business in Garden City, MI. We have a large industrial customer base for electric motor & dynamometer shop repair as well as electric motor sales. We have been in business since 1998 and have a very experienced and tight knit crew.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of industrial electric motors and dynamometer systems
• Field service and calibration of dynamometer systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an industrial electric motor mechanic (at least 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of industrial electric power supplies and electric motors.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
