HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both commercial and residential settings. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot any existing issues, and ensure that each system operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems
- Communicate with customers to explain the issue and provide recommendations for repair or replacement of equipment
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance services to all HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team environment
