HVAC Service Technician

Artlip & Sons, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a family-owned business, we have been providing exceptional service and quality workmanship to our customers in Aurora, Illinois for over 50 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Perform routine inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with customers throughout the service process

Qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of HVAC experience
- Hold EPA certification and a valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
