• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide information and guidance to veterans and their families regarding available services and programs
• Process and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
• Follow established guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
