As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with various types of equipment and systems in residential and commercial settings. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
- Install and replace HVAC equipment and systems.
- Follow manufacturer's recommendations and repair procedures.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide written reports on service calls and repairs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service.
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, equipment, and controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- EPA certification preferred.
