Quikrete is seeking day and night shift Maintenance Electricians for our Salt Lake City plant. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting/repairs/installations. Must be safety minded, motivated and a self-starter. The candidate will work directly with Management and the Maintenance team. Having dependable transportation, excellent attendance and a team-oriented mindset are critical for this position. One must comply with the use of LOTO, PPE and all safety regulations. This position maintains, repairs, and overhauls production machinery and equipment by performing daily/scheduled electrical and mechanical evaluations. In addition, this position will install/relocate/remove equipment, while troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

• Electrical License
• Driver's License
• Programmable logic controllers
• Mechanical knowledge

Full Job Description

The ideal candidate would have the following skillsets:

• Journeymen level electrician (current certification not required)
• Capable of installing and repairing EMT conduit runs
• Electrical circuitry/controls
• PLC knowledge is a plus
• Pneumatic control systems
• General mechanical knowledge
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
