HVAC Service Technician

We are a leading mechanical service provider in Wasilla Alaska and we are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions or defects, and repair or replace faulty parts as required.
• Recommend appropriate upgrades, solutions or replacements for HVAC equipment as needed.
• Advise clients on best practices for HVAC maintenance and proper usage.
• Document all work orders, completed tasks and repairs using company provided software.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and ensure HVAC systems comply with safety standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability, and an eye for detail.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC systems including installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Willingness to work outdoors and at heights in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Possess valid driver's license and adhere to company's driving guidelines.
