CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) P/T

Job Description:

St James Health And Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with medication administration as directed by the nursing staff.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with transferring residents in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Active certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of [State].
• Prior experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
