Our interns are expected to contribute to our success through reporting, innovative ideas, and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, internships are intended to provide exposure to a real-life work environment. CPG Interns are expected to interact with all commodity functions to provide the opportunity to self-evaluate personal strengths and identify opportunities for further development. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university required with at least one year of school remaining. Students seeking a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or Agriculture-related degree preferred. Experience: Previous work experience of any kind is preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Special Skills: A successful candidate for an Intern position should possess the following: Be a motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills; time management and multi-tasking abilities; and strong interpersonal skills. Supervisory: None Travel: N/A Position-Specific Requirements: Please Note: This role is a summer only internship that requires the selected candidate to work as many as 40 hours per week during the summer. This role also requires the selected candidate to work in office at Tyson Foods\' Springdale, AR World Headquarters.
