Responsibilities

• The Material Handler moves all components and finished goods throughout the manufacturing floor and ensures the proper flow of materials within the assigned department, eliminating bottlenecks of materials.
• This position also requires assistance on other assigned duties within the assigned department: weighing, counting, and scanning of tubes and components per work orders.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read & understand English
• Good communication skills (oral & written)
• Must be good with numbers and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Ability to count and weigh merchandise
• Familiarity with JDE or equivalent
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs
• Ability to multi-task with systems and measurements/counts
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a high-security industry
• Proficiency with JD Edwards, or equivalent inventory control related software systems
