As a HVAC Service Technician at our Bear, Delaware location, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your superior technical and customer service skills in providing fast, reliable repairs and the latest diagnostic technologies for our customers' HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment, ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with our team to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Communicating with customers and team members on work progress
• Maintaining accurate records of service and repairs
• Working independently and as part of a team to maintain a positive working environment
Requirements:
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Experience with HVAC preventative maintenance
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• EPA certification preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
