Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

• Market price: $1,600 USD
• Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 3 months

The Gardens At York Terrace is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We are offering a $3000 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing basic medical care, including checking vital signs and assisting with medication administration.
• Assisting with the movement and transportation of residents.
• Reporting any changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification.
• Prior experience in a nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
