As an HVAC Service Technician at Ongaro & Sons, you will join a team of professionals committed to providing top-notch service to our clients. We are a family-owned business serving the Santa Rosa community for over 35 years. Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing malfunctions and repairing or replacing defective equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on proper maintenance and operation of their HVAC systems
- Following company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification and/or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
