Job Description

As a Receptionist at Wolfeboro Bay Center, you will play a crucial role in representing Genesis HealthCare and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, candidates, and clients, and your positive demeanor and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Professionally and courteously answering all incoming calls and redirecting them as required
• Warmly welcoming, greeting, and directing patients, visitors, and guests
• Coordinating outgoing and incoming mail
• Maintaining current lists of patients and employees
• Ordering supplies and performing other assigned clerical duties

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• The ability to meet our universal COVID-19 vaccination requirement for employees
