As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes and buildings within the Rhinebeck, NY area. You will also be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and local building codes. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will play a pivotal role in helping us deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
Your daily duties include:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions in HVAC systems

- Ensuring that all installations are performed in compliance with industry standards and local building codes
- Maintaining accurate records of installation and service activities
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members
We require:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, equipment, and parts
- Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
