Position: 3rd Shift RN Staff Nurse
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a 3rd Shift Staff Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to residents' medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused
