Gatlings Cooling and Heating is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Camden, Arkansas. As an HVAC Service Technician with us, you will be responsible for providing top-quality customer service by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine the root cause of problems
- Provide prompt and effective repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
- Accurately record and report all work completed and system changes
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet clients' needs
- Communicate technical issues and solutions to customers in a clear and courteous manner
- Provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure safety for yourself, team members, and clients
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and operations
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work in varying weather conditions
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
