Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to determine the cause and solution
• Work with customers to identify their HVAC needs and make recommendations based on their budget and requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a commercial or residential setting
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple priorities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
