JOB REQUIREMENTS: Froedtert Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Associate to support the Vice President of Patient Access and EPEC. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and project coordination tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the VPs office. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination or assistant skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will manage schedules, organize meetings, prepare reports, and assist in the execution of various projects. FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Supports leadership at a Vice President level with administrative functions, including but not limited to: calendar management, minutes, itineraries, travel accommodations, and drafting leader communications. This position has a high degree of interaction and visibility within the organization and may act as a liaison. Creates spreadsheets, reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information, reception of guests, screening of calls, and assistance with special projects. Duties may vary by leader. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience is required. A minimum of 3 years pharmacy technician experience preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: The ability to multi-task and adapt with time sensitive situations working autonomously with other leaders. Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
