A Large Office Equipment Supplier in Portland, OR is hiring a Network Field Technician to join the team for a great opportunity! Job Description: Demonstrate a deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, and VLANs. Manage and configure policy-based firewalls. Install, configure, and replace wired and wireless infrastructures for small to medium-sized networks. Build and maintain IPsec VPN tunnels to ensure secure branch office connectivity. Collaborate with ISPs and vendors to coordinate and resolve issues on behalf of customers. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical business owners and other stakeholders. Work closely with project coordinators, sales teams, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. Travel to client locations for implementations, troubleshooting, discovery, and site surveys. Qualifications: 2-4+ years of previous Network Field Technician experience Network+, Security+, WatchGuard certifications are a big plus Must be willing to travel between Oregon and Washington when needed **If Interested: Please apply to the job application!
